1. We understand that sometimes, products may not meet your expectations and we truly want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AJM Decor. Therefore, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with order details to email id: info@ajmtextiles.com.
  3. Once your return or exchange request has been approved, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up at your designated address within 7 days of the delivery date. You will receive an email with details about the pick-up time and date, as well as the courier company’s name and contact details.
  4. Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. If the products are returned in poor condition or have been worn, we may not be able to process a refund.
  5. Our courier partner will make two attempts to pick up the package. If they are unable to pick up the package, you will be required to send the package back to our company address.
  6. Once we receive the package, our team will inspect the product to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the product is deemed to be in good condition, we will initiate the return or exchange process.
  7. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.

  9. Please note that cancellations will only be possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  10. Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund will be applicable on that order.

SELF-MANAGED RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. If your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up or due to any other reason we are unable to do the reverse pick up, you may choose to self-ship the product(s) to us at the following address: 1st Floor, Plot No 3, Opp SS Suite Hotel, Madhapur, Hyderabad: 500081.
  2. Please make sure that the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Also, ensure that the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the packaging.
  3. Please note that all items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
  4. Once we receive the product(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery, we will initiate the return or exchange process. For prepaid orders, the complete amount paid for the product(s) will be refunded to your bank account within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) at our end. For COD orders, a coupon code worth the complete amount of the returned product(s) will be issued to you within 48 hours, which can be used for future purchases on our website and is valid for 1 year.
  5. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. The amount chargeable by Speed post will be reimbursed to you.
  6. Once we receive the self-shipped product(s), it may take up to 7 days for the return or exchange to be processed and for the amount to be reflected in your bank account.

REFUND POLICY FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

  1. Orders that are part of a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any other similar promotions wherein free products are included, will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for free products received as part of a BOGO Sale or any other similar promotions. Please carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase.
